The Painted Body Maintenance Planner\u2019s job is to anticipate and eliminate potential delays in production by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. The Maintenance Planner reports to the Painted Body Maintenance Planning Manager. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating all planned maintenance activities performed at the site<\/p>\n
What awaits you?<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for topics like IPMA, Load testing, equipment cleaning and legal compliance topics in both Body shop and Paint shop
\n\tOptimising processes within the assigned maintenance areas, following data analysis and plan and implement sustainable solutions to ensure your maintenance area is operating in line with the Maintenance Strategy.
\n\tResponsible for contract management and maintenance cost steering.
\n\tCreate and maintain Preventative Maintenance plans in SAP.
\n\tCreate and maintain BOM in SAP.
\n\tIdentify and develop standard work routines and task lists.<\/p>\n
What should you bring along?<\/p>\n
\tNational Engineering Diploma \u2013 N6 (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent) or Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
\n\t5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing role or maintenance technician role or maintenance planning role.
\n\tStrong working experience required with technical equipment within an automated process environment.
\n\tSound knowledge of maintenance planning, systems and equipment knowledge is beneficial.
\n\tProcessing experience in SAP (STARD) \u2013 Planned Maintenance and Processing
\n\tKnowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Standards and legal standards linked to the manufacturing technology.<\/p>\n
