Description:<\/p>\n
\tTo receive \/ return stock to and from Suppliers and \/ or other Stores. Updating of the goods receiving vouchers onto the system and labelling of the stock. Ensure stock received is despatched to the floor for merchandising.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 plus 1(one) year related experience or minimum of 2 (two) years related experience
\n\tAbility to communicate in English and preferably the dominant language spoken in geographical area
\n\tAbove average numeric skills
\n\tProven ability to provide exceptional Customer service
\n\tProven ability to work under pressure
\n\tMust be computer literate
\n\tMust be able to work shifts and weekends<\/p>\n
Key Performance Area:\ufeff
\nReceive \/ IBT Stock<\/p>\n
\tEnsure always a 2nd designated Cashbuild Employee present with receiving and \/ or dispatching of stock
\n\tReceive stock from Suppliers, correctly identify goods and physically balance to the Suppliers Invoice \/ Delivery Note and Cashbuild\u2019s purchase order.
\n\tComplete proof of delivery note and hand to Supplier with required stamps.
\n\tCapture correctly on the IT system within prescribed time limits.
\n\tEnsure all invoices with discrepancies have been amended, endorsed, and signed off by the Supplier\u2019s representative as well as registration number of truck entered onto invoice.
\n\tEnsure all inter branch transfers (IBT\u2019S) IN and OUT are processed within the set time period and that there are no discrepancies, and all relevant documentation is filed.<\/p>\n
Stock Distribution<\/p>\n
\tStock received must be cleared from the GRS office and merchandised within prescribed time limits of receiving the stock<\/p>\n
Stock Labelling and Pricing<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all stock received without the SKU printed on the packaging is labelled with the appropriate SKU on the back of the product.
\n\tEnsure that items with printed SKU’s are correct and rectify any errors noted.
\n\tAdherence to Cashbuild pricing policy
\n\tPending price changes to be actioned as per the Cashbuild Way<\/p>\n
Supplier Claims and Corrections<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that all claims are validated with the Suppliers pick up slips or credit notes attached to the adjustment vouchers and authorised by the Store Manager.
\n\tEnsure any corrections done have the required documentation attached and authorised by the Store Manager
\n\tSupplier claims should not be raised unless stock is to be collected immediately.<\/p>\n
Security Awareness<\/p>\n
\tReceiving gate not to be left unattended when opened
\n\tReceiving stamp and Purchase Order delivery book must be locked in a lockable cupboard or drawer
\n\tThe GRS office door must always be locked when the GRS office is not in use
\n\tEnsure the supplier truck crews do not loiter around the Store but remain at their trucks.<\/p>\n
Ready for Business<\/p>\n
\tEnsure the GRS office is kept clean and tidy at all times
\n\tReceiving area to be cleared of excess and damaged stock except for stock that needs to be returned to the Supplier
\n\tAdhere to all Ready for Business and beyond my control processes<\/p>\n
Customer Service<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to the Cashbuild dress code at all times
\n\tName badge to be displayed and visible at all times
\n\tAssist with Supplier queries
\n\tProvide exceptional Customer service to any Customer the GRS may deal with.<\/p>\n
Safety OHSA Requirements<\/p>\n
\tEnsure the first aid box is only accessed by the authorised first aid person or Store Manager
\n\tEnsure safety (OHASA) compliance within area of responsibility
\n\tReport any concerns to the Store Manager.<\/p>\n
