The role includes administering salary benchmarking, annual pay review processes, and incentive schemes, as well as participating in remuneration surveys to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical capability, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience in data visualisation are essential to produce accurate, insightful, and compliant remuneration information that supports decision-making across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Areas\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nProvide support on the implementation and maintenance of remuneration and benefits policies, frameworks, and processes<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport implementation of remuneration and benefits policies and frameworks across the organisation.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all remuneration and benefits processes are executed accurately and within approved timelines.<br \/>\n\tMaintain compliance with the Remuneration Policy, SOE governance frameworks (e.g. DPE Guidelines), and internal controls.<br \/>\n\tKeep all remuneration and benefits records current and auditable.<br \/>\n\tAssist in periodic policy reviews and updates.<\/p>\n<p>Conducts remuneration data analysis, salary benchmarking, and survey participation<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct market and salary benchmarking exercises to ensure internal and external equity.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse remuneration data and industry trends to inform organisational reward strategies.<br \/>\n\tDevelop remuneration dashboards and reports using advanced Excel or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).<br \/>\n\tParticipate in external salary and benefits surveys and submit accurate data within deadlines.<br \/>\n\tProvide analytical insights and recommendations for decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>Supports governance and compliance monitoring<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure data accuracy, analytical clarity, and alignment with governance requirements.<br \/>\n\tTrack and report on all audit findings, compliance actions, and governance updates.<br \/>\n\tMaintain effective documentation for governance and audit purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Administers and supports job evaluation and profiling processes<\/p>\n<p>\tJob evaluations conducted using approved methodology (e.g., Peromnes, Patterson, Hay).<br \/>\n\tJob profiles and grading documentation maintained and updated.<br \/>\n\tTurnaround times for evaluations and grading queries met.<br \/>\n\tAlignment between job grading outcomes and remuneration structures maintained.<\/p>\n<p>Provides analytical and technical support in the implementation of incentive programmes, linked to performance management<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide analytical and technical support during incentive cycles.<br \/>\n\tPrepare accurate incentive and performance-based remuneration calculations.<br \/>\n\tMaintain data integrity across performance systems and spreadsheets.<br \/>\n\tProvide accurate models that are flexible and align to policy provisions and budgets.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory Support<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide remuneration and benefits advisory support to managers and employees.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective communication on remuneration policies, processes, and decisions.<br \/>\n\tRespond to remuneration and benefits queries within agreed SLAs.<br \/>\n\tPromote awareness and understanding of remuneration governance.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Minimum Education and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Finance, or Commerce.<br \/>\n\tGlobal Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification<\/p>\n<p>Advanced Excel Courses\/Certifications<\/p>\n<p>\t5 years\u2019 remuneration and Benefits Experience in State Owned Entity, Finance or Banking Environment<br \/>\n\t5 years\u2019 remuneration\/HR Data Analysis and building remuneration models, dashboard and reports<br \/>\n\t3 years advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modelling)<br \/>\n\t3 years\u2019 Salary benchmarking, job evaluations and job profiling<br \/>\n\t2 years\u2019 experience with dashboard tools
