\tLeading Discovery Life Funeral Sales Team at the relevant branch in order to achieve set sales target.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tLead and manage a Funeral Cover sales channel consisting of financial advisors in order to achieve sales and quality targets.
\n\tEnsuring a professional level of interactions with all stakeholders
\n\tInductions and leads management, ensuring that campaigns and leads are correctly managed
\n\tMIS Reporting – create and maintain reporting
\n\tEnsure business processes are adhered to, and operational improvements are recommended.
\n\tAbility to proactively manage change.
\n\tTo work as a team player within a team environment, participating willingly and providing support and guidance to colleagues at all time
\n\tAdherence to compliance and risk management
\n\tCoach staff to improve performance and behaviours.
\n\tCreate an energetic and motivated work environment
\n\tReport any suspected misconduct in line with Discovery values and relevant regulation.<\/p>\n
KI responsibilities may include but not limited to<\/p>\n
\tA KI is responsible for management and oversight of the FSPs activities relating to rendering of financial services, which includes advice and\/or intermediary services.
\n\tMust monitor the statutory obligation of the FSP are complied with.
\n\tMust comply with the fit and proper requirements (COB, RE, Qualification, PST and CPD).
\n\tEnsure that representatives are compliant with the fit and proper requirements.
\n\tRepresentatives complete all required training for their role.
\n\tReview the advice rendered by the representative.
\n\tMonitor on an ongoing basis that the representatives are treating customers fairly.
\n\tSupervise representatives under supervision:
\n\tTo ensure that all the required fit and proper requirements are complied with (Qualification and PST),
\n\twhere monitoring of representatives under supervision is delegated, the following should be done:
\n\trecord the process of delegation and the reporting frequency monitoring done.
\n\tInstil a culture of treating customers fairly in all aspects of the business.
\n\tEnsure that there are business processes and operational ability.<\/p>\n

Qualification and Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\t3 \u2013 4 years sales management experience in a target driven in\/outbound sales.
\n\tCompetent in MS office
\n\tA FAIS Recognized qualification: NQF Level 5
\n\tRE5 and RE1Qaulification compulsory
\n\t1- 2 years leadership experience (Advantegous)
\n\tLife Product knowledge (Advantegous)<\/p>\n
