\tTo provide an efficient administration, compliance and reporting environment for the Fund of Funds department and ensure the department’s administrative coordination is effectively carried out to enable effective-investment management processes, smooth budgeting processes, and timeous and seamless reporting, to ensure a comprehensive and continued support service to the unit, and internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nQualification and Experience<\/p>\n
\tThree (3) years Tertiary Qualification or relevant certification, in Business\/Economic\/Finance\/Accounting\/Management\/Commercial Law\/Administration or similar
\n\tThree (3) years\u2019 experience in project management and\/or administration in fund management \/financial management
\n\tExperience in the bank environment will be an added advantage<\/p>\n

\nFinancial Perspective<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the investment\/portfolio budgets and expenditure are effectively updated and monitored.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
\tEnable the unit to engage effectively with Stakeholders and client. Arrange workshops with stakeholders as and when required.
\n\tKeep a register from all Stakeholders on the impact achieved from TIA investments. (Capital Extension, Demographic analysis, Geographic analysis, PDI, Women, Youth)<\/p>\n
Internal Process<\/p>\n
Fund of Funds Office Coordination:<\/p>\n
\tSupport Fund Principal and Fund Associates in their day to day functions,
\n\tManage day to day operations planning, information management, and reporting tools,
\n\tManage the secretarial, travel and other administration services for the Fund of Funds Department,
\n\tProvide accounting and administration reporting for funds raised by the Fund of Funds department,
\n\tMaintain policy registers.<\/p>\n
Funds of Funds Administration:<\/p>\n
\tSupport optimal fund administration and reporting, including collection and dissemination of reporting information,
\n\tSupport the marketing of the Fund of Funds model, and pipeline development processes,
\n\tProvide fund administration and document safe keeping at pre-investment, investment, drawdowns, legal agreements, and post-investment stages, and ensure effective use of available technology systems,
\n\tCompliance \u2013 Document management, information storage, Data room and due diligence files management, streamline fund management administration processes and the compliance therewith, support risk management, support compliance audits.<\/p>\n
Fund Investment Reporting and Post Investment Support:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure proper filing and retention of signed agreements and due diligence files,
\n\tMaintain a schedule of new fund commitments to create a forecast of expected drawdowns,
\n\tManage administration of capital drawdowns, management fees, and repayments\/collections\/exits,
\n\tManage the enforcement of funding conditions and conditions precedent, from investors and investees,
\n\tFund Accounting \u2013 Prepare accurate financial information and generate reports for stakeholders,
\n\tFund Reporting \u2013 Work with Fund Associates and Fund Principal to prepare Internal and External fund performance and Impact reporting.<\/p>\n
