\tTo implement appropriate financial controls in assisting to reach compliance in accounting processes and regulatory requirements through preparation and verification of daily and monthly Profit and Loss contributing to a sound control\u00a0 environment<\/p>\n
Are you someone who can:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tValidate PnL movements, investigate variances and provide daily commentary for reporting to front office, finance management and business unit executives.
\n\tPromote teamwork and inclusivity amongst team members and demonstrate behaviours that respect diversity.
\n\tLead and facilitate difficult conflict situations into agreements.
\n\tImprove efficiencies to reduce operational risks and cost to serve.
\n\tReport relevant PnL and balance sheet positions and review the applicable reconciliations, identifying and resolving any issues.
\n\tEnsure that internal financial controls over PnL are operating effectively.
\n\tLiaise with operations teams to resolve any settlement issues.
\n\tLiaise with platform support teams to resolve any source system issues.<\/p>\n
You will be an ideal candidate if you:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tHave a Finance\/Risk related qualification
\n\tSolid financial markets experience is key
\n\tDeep knowledge of various financial instruments<\/p>\n
