You will ensure that the LDB &#8220;Medical DNA&#8221;\u2014rooted in efficacy and trust\u2014is seamlessly translated into a premium digital consumer journey.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Growth &amp; P&amp;L Ownership<\/p>\n<p>\tVisionary Roadmap:\u00a0Develop and execute the annual and multi-year e-commerce strategy aligned with LDB\u2019s global and local business objectives.<br \/>\n\tFinancial Stewardship:\u00a0Full P&amp;L accountability for the e-commerce channel. You will optimize the &#8220;bottom line&#8221; by balancing aggressive top-line growth with rigorous ROI\/ROAS management.<br \/>\n\tNegotiation Excellence:\u00a0Lead high-level commercial negotiations with key e-retail partners, securing optimal trading terms, &#8220;gold-standard&#8221; visibility, and exclusive promo calendars.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Perfect Store&#8221; &amp; Digital Merchandising<\/p>\n<p>\tDermatological Excellence:\u00a0Ensure our digital presence reflects the clinical authority of our brands. You will oversee the deployment of high-quality, science-based assets that educate the consumer.<br \/>\n\tUX &amp; Conversion:\u00a0Audit and optimize the &#8220;Digital Shelf&#8221; (Search ranking, Brand Rooms, A+ Content) to ensure a frictionless path to purchase.<br \/>\n\tCatalog Strategy:\u00a0Manage the digital portfolio, ensuring a balance between &#8220;hero&#8221; clinical products and e-commerce-exclusive bundles or trial kits.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Marketing &amp; Precision Traffic<\/p>\n<p>\tFull-Funnel Optimization:\u00a0Partner with Media and Brand teams to drive high-intent traffic via SEO, SEM, and Social Commerce.<br \/>\n\tCRM &amp; Loyalty:\u00a0Leverage data to increase Lifetime Value (LTV) through personalized retargeting\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Operations &amp; Supply Chain Integration<\/p>\n<p>\tForecasting Accuracy:\u00a0Work hand-in-hand with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to ensure stock availability, specifically for high-velocity e-retail events (Black Friday, Payday cycles).<br \/>\n\tAgile Fulfillment:\u00a0Monitor retailer delivery performance and customer feedback to ensure the last-mile experience matches L&#8217;Or\u00e9al\u2019s premium standards.<\/p>\n<p>Data Intelligence &amp; Actionable Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tKPI Command:\u00a0Track and present weekly performance dashboards (Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, Bounce Rate) to the Divisional GM.<br \/>\n\tMarket Intelligence:\u00a0Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor moves in the &#8220;Beauty Tech&#8221; and &#8220;Med-Retail&#8221; space.<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Education &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tAcademic Background:\u00a0Degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Systems.<br \/>\n\tProfessional Track Record:\u00a08+ years of experience in E-Commerce.
