E.g. Taxpayer information<br \/>\n\tMicrosoft skills (Proficient in) i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.<br \/>\n\tAbility to accumulate and analyse information, identify trends and potential risks, and compile reports with clear recommendations to support decision\u2011making and risk\u2011based interventions.<\/p>\n<p>Job Outputs:<\/p>\n<p>Process<\/p>\n<p>\tAccumulate information and provide reports with recommendations applicable to area of specialisation.<br \/>\n\tApply practical and applied knowledge and act authoritatively on methods, systems and procedures to identify trends and potential risks.<br \/>\n\tBe observant and engage on possible violations of procedures and standards of conduct and escalate where necessary.<br \/>\n\tCommunication of situational interpretation and judgement of work outputs and queries in area of specialisation.<br \/>\n\tCorrectly apply policies, practices, standards, procedures and legislation in the delivery of work outputs.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with peers and SARS role players to achieve predefined objectives.<br \/>\n\tEffectively plan and schedule own activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery in area of specialisation.<br \/>\n\tExecute process and procedural change, implement the change and provide guidelines and support related to new requirements as a result of the change.<br \/>\n\tPlan and organise own work tasks within specific guidelines given in the said area of work.<br \/>\n\tProvide specialist input through the investigation of opportunities for operational and process, product and risk optimisation.<br \/>\n\tTake accountability for delivery of contracted work outputs within agreed parameters, quality standards and client service targets.<br \/>\n\tUse practical and applied knowledge and situational judgement to arrive at decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Governance<\/p>\n<p>\tComply to set governance and compliance procedures and processes related to
