Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 Certificate with Maths.
\n\t5+ years’ experience.
\n\tNational Diploma\/BCom\/BA Degree or studying towards would be an advantage.
\n\tKnowledge of the Construction Industry, Ready Mix
\n\tGood computer skills.
\n\tGood knowledge of sales and advertising techniques.
\n\tA good team player with a high level of dedication.
\n\tDriver\u2019s licence (Code B).
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tAbility to persuade and influence others.
\n\tIncumbent must be able to render a professional service.<\/p>\n

\tExecute sales strategies.
\n\tAdhere to customer service principles and practices.
\n\tReview pricing in line with the pricing matrix.
\n\tSeek opportunities for new clients for sustainable business growth.
\n\tMonitor and track sales performance through weekly and monthly reporting.\u00a0
\n\tEffective stakeholder relationships through effective collaboration and communication.
\n\tEnsure customer excellence through proactive, prompt and effective responsiveness on all customer inquires and requests.
\n\tManage quotation process in collaboration with sales team in line with good governance.
\n\tManage value-added customer services (Pumps, special mix requirements to meet customer\u2019s expectations and liaise with quality department in this regard).
\n\tEnsure debtor controls are adhere to in line with credit management requirements.
\n\tMaintain average selling prices as per budget<\/p>\n
