Job Description<\/p>\n
\tA reputable construction company is looking for an experienced Creditors Controller with expertise in accounts payable and financial reporting. The role involves managing creditor accounts, ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial compliance initiatives.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMatch invoices to requisitions, purchase orders, and goods received notes for accuracy
\n\tProcess invoices for payment and ensure timely settlement
\n\tMaintain and update vendor master listings and payment schedules
\n\tReconcile creditor accounts and assist with balance sheet reconciliations
\n\tPrepare monthly creditor and cost\/profit centre reports
\n\tFollow up on outstanding invoices and supplier queries
\n\tEnsure accurate filing and documentation of financial records
\n\tSupport B-BBEE initiatives and ad-hoc management tasks<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/Grade 12 certificate and finance-related diploma or degree
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in accounts payable or financial accounting
\n\tStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (Pastel, QuickBooks, or similar)
\n\tHigh attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work in a team<\/p>\n
