plans and implementing an integrated and holistic Human Capital, ICT, Communications, Marketing and Facilities Management support within the Business Units of Agrement South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n<p>\tCorporate Services Strategy, Policy and Business Processes<br \/>\n\tOversee and manage the development and implementation of Human Capital, ICT, Communications and Marketing, and Facilities Management strategies, policies, and business processes for Agrement South Africa by:<br \/>\n\tCommissioning research on the latest trends.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all Human Capital, ICT, Communications and Marketing and Facilities<br \/>\n\tManagement strategies, policies and business processes contribute to Agrement South Africa\u2019s strategic objectives.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and guide business units on interpreting and effectively implementing Human Capital<br \/>\n\tManagement strategies and policies.<br \/>\n\tDetermine and develop strategic intervention mechanisms where there are problems\/challenges to implement efficient, effective, and uniform procedures and policies.<br \/>\n\tReview Human Capital, ICT, Communications and Marketing, and Facilities Management policies and procedures from time to time with relevant legislation.<br \/>\n\tDevelopment of a strategy for risk management in the division.<br \/>\n\tDevelop a strategy for implementing the division&#8217;s risk management processes and procedures.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the Implementation of risk management processes and procedures in the division and execution of applicable tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Facilities Management:<\/p>\n<p>Oversee and manage the Agrement South Africa Facilities regarding security, maintenance, and services of work facilities by:<\/p>\n<p>\tInvestigate the availability and suitability of options for alternative premises.<br \/>\n\tCalculate and compare costs for required goods and services to achieve value.<br \/>\n\tPlan workspace for future development in line with strategic business objectives.<br \/>\n\tEnsure provision of essential central facilities such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.<br \/>\n\tPlan the best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings or reorganising current premises.<br \/>\n\tDevelop a business continuity plan for Agrement South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>ICT Services Management:<\/p>\n<p>Oversee, manage, and coordinate all ICT-related activities and resources by:<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the identification of the organisation\u2019s ICT needs.<br \/>\n\tManage the acquisition of identified needs.<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective Web and Database administration.<br \/>\n\tManage the implementation and maintenance of ICT network infrastructure.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate and manage all Information Technology Services-related projects in support of the organisation\u2019s strategic objectives.<br \/>\n\tOversee the provision of an effective ICT client support service.<br \/>\n\tDevelop, manage, and implement an ICT Disaster Recovery Plan.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the implementation and maintenance of an effective ICT security policy.<br \/>\n\tOversee the implementation and maintenance of an ICT security control process.<br \/>\n\tImprove knowledge management and data protection.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with National Archive standards.<\/p>\n<p>Human Capital Management<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee the management of Human Capital Management services, inclusive of HR Development and Talent Management, Organisational Development, Remuneration and benefits, HR Administration,<\/p>\n<p>Performance Management, Labour Relations, and Recruitment by:<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive the provision of effective Human Capital practices and administration services.<br \/>\n\tDrive the development and maintenance of HR strategies.<br \/>\n\tOversee and facilitate Human Capital strategy, organisational effectiveness, and wellness initiatives for the organisation.<br \/>\n\tDrive integrated Human Capital Development initiatives to enhance individual and organisational performance.<br \/>\n\tOversee and facilitate the provision of labour relations services.<\/p>\n<p>Communications and Marketing<\/p>\n<p>Oversee and manage Communications and Marketing by:<\/p>\n<p>\tOverseeing internal and external communications and marketing activities to ensure that Agrement South Africa\u2019s requirements are effective and efficient.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and review Marketing and Communication policies, processes, and procedures that support the Agrement\u2019s goals to align with best practices.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and oversee a Marketing and Communications plan, which will heighten the reputation and national profile of Agrement South Africa.<br \/>\n\tOversee the management of the work of multiple service providers in line with the Service Level Agreements.<br \/>\n\tTrack new developments in the industry to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the<br \/>\n\tMarketing and Communication function for Agrement South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>Oversee and manage Stakeholder Relationship Management, Communications, and Marketing by:<\/p>\n<p>\tMeasure and ensure service-driven outcomes and evaluate and report on results to the Department of Public Works.<br \/>\n\tInteract with organised stakeholder forums to drive a coordinated approach to developing a positive stakeholder experience.<br \/>\n\tDevelop partnerships and share knowledge with relevant stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tOversee strategic interventions contributing to Agrement South Africa\u2019s media profile and reputation.<br \/>\n\tMonitor trends and benchmark best practices both nationally and internationally.<br \/>\n\tNetwork on various platforms with industry thought leaders to share and discuss best practices.<br \/>\n\tAd-Hoc Duties<br \/>\n\tPerform any and all responsible tasks given by the CEO<\/p>\n<p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tHonours\/Postgrad Degree in HRM\/HRD\/Labour<br \/>\n\tRelations\/Industrial Psychology (NQF L 8)<br \/>\n\t10 Years\u2019 experience in Corporate Services<br \/>\n\tRegistration with a Professional Body<br \/>\n\tManagerial and Technical Competencies:<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of the ASA Act, the public sector environment and transformation challenges<br \/>\n\tKnowledge and understanding of BCEA, SDA, EEA, LRA, PFMA, PAIA, POPIA and Public Sector Regulations<br \/>\n\tGovernment Budget Systems and Procedures<br
