The Quality Controller will be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n
\tEnsures accurate and timeous completion of administrative duties.\u00a0
\n\tCapture sample information on the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
\n\tEnsure service delivery to customers.
\n\tSelf-Management.
\n\tMinimize Financial Risks.
\n\tImplementation of QMS (ISO 17025).
\n\tCommunication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tEnsures accurate and timeous completion and filing of all source documents.<\/p>\n
Qualification required:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 Year Post School Qualification in Office Admin\/business administration<\/p>\n
Experience required:<\/p>\n
\tBasic knowledge of and experience on MS Office \u2013 Outlook, Word and Excel<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Technical processes \u2013implementation<\/p>\n
\tSample registration using LIMS.
\n\tData collection for reports.
\n\tCreating Service Requests.
\n\tCreating Certificate of Analyses.
\n\tParticipate in laboratory staff management review meetings.
\n\tImplement standard QMS protocols.
\n\tCompliance to statutory requirements.
\n\tRecords all non-conformances observed for further investigation.
\n\tComment and report timely on irregularities.
\n\tAdvise quality manager on achievements and short comings of Lab QMS (ISO 17025).
\n\tEffective communication and reporting that leads to improved internal relationships and decisions.
\n\tAnswering incoming telephone calls.
\n\tConformance to financial and control policies.
\n\tEnsure meticulous typing of certificates.
\n\tImplemented filing system maintained and kept records.<\/p>\n
