\tTertiary Education in a related field advantageous
\n\tMinimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
\n\tUK Customer Call Center experience essential
\n\tEvidence of sufficient experience to demonstrate ability

\n\tCustomer Focus: excelling at customer service & able to build rapport
