This role bridges the gap between Level 1 Helpdesk and Level 2 Technical Support by resolving more complex incidents while ensuring excellent customer service.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide technical support to users via phone, email, remote tools, or in person<br \/>\n\tDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues<br \/>\n\tInstall, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices<br \/>\n\tManage user accounts, permissions, and password resets (e.g., Active Directory)<br \/>\n\tTroubleshoot operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and basic issues with Microsoft 365 applications<br \/>\n\tPerform software installations, updates, and patches<br \/>\n\tSupport basic networking issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, IP configuration, VPN access)<br \/>\n\tEscalate unresolved issues to Level 2\/Level 3 teams when necessary<br \/>\n\tDocument incidents and resolutions in the IT service management system<br \/>\n\tMaintain IT asset inventory and assist with equipment setup for new employees<br \/>\n\tFollow IT security and compliance procedures<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field<br \/>\n\tCompTIA A+<br \/>\n\tCompTIA Network+<br \/>\n\tMicrosoft Certified: Desktop Administration<br \/>\n\t1\u20133 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of:<\/p>\n<p>\tMicrosoft Windows operating systems<br \/>\n\tMicrosoft 365 \/ Microsoft Office applications<br \/>\n\tBasic networking (TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP)<br \/>\n\tRemote support tools<br \/>\n\tIT ticketing systems<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with Active Directory user management<br \/>\n\tStrong problem-solving and communication skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.ozaholdings.com\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>webapp.placementpartner.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/webapp.placementpartner.com","_company_name":"Oza Holdings","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.ozaholdings.com\/","_company_tagline":"Oza Holdings, an expert in the Mining and Metals industry, we are versatile, imaginative problem solvers who improve whatever we touch.
