We measure our success through key ratios in the team, and providing a first-class experience is crucial.<br \/>\n\tRegular meetups with hiring managers are key to establishing positive relationships and enabling you to manage and prioritise your time well.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and lead on the sourcing and implementation of improved recruitment strategies.<br \/>\n\tKeep abreast of market data and trends, including competitor remuneration.<br \/>\n\tManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to:<br \/>\n\tWork with HRBPs and hiring managers to prepare and review job descriptions in line with the Company\u2019s templates.<br \/>\n\tPublish job adverts in line with Apex Group guidelines as well as employment law.<br \/>\n\tSchedule interviews and conduct screening of candidates.<br \/>\n\tGuide and coach hiring managers through the Apex Group hiring process and Group templates.<br \/>\n\tWork with the HRBPs to draft and obtain approvals for conditional offers to candidates.<br \/>\n\tReview and update Group recruitment policies and practices.<br \/>\n\tManage internal talent pools in line with Group standards and policies.<br \/>\n\tProvide accurate data and reporting analytics on Group recruitment trends.<br \/>\n\tPrepare weekly progress reports to communicate the status of all vacancies.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with marketing to build and improve the Employer brand.<br \/>\n\tOffer training to managers where required for interview techniques, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.<br \/>\n\tClose collaboration with the other HR teams to ensure all stakeholders remain informed and participate where required<br \/>\n\tClear communication to keep all stakeholders informed regarding the talent acquisition process during the various steps<br \/>\n\tAd hoc assistance with projects within the Talent team and HR Administration.<\/p>\n<p>Skills Required: (Manager to add details)<\/p>\n<p>\tNetworking skills \u2013 building relations with hiring managers and HR Business Partners<br \/>\n\tLogical thinking and judgement \u2013 applying judgement to resolve recruitment situations<br \/>\n\tCritical thinking \u2013 asking questions, taking ownership of the talent acquisition process<br \/>\n\tMeticulously detail-oriented and organized \u2013 ensuring follow-up communication with key stakeholders and that all is prepped and ready for scheduled interviews<br \/>\n\tExcellent competency-based interviewing skills \u2013 a talent to identify well-suited candidates that meet the needs of the business<br \/>\n\tA \u2018can-do\u2019 attitude with resourcefulness to deliver \u2013 finding a way<br \/>\n\tKnack to multitask in a fast-paced environment &#8211; juggling multiple roles, managing expectations, and meeting deadlines.<\/p>\n<p>Education and Experience: (Manager to add details)<\/p>\n<p>\tDiploma in HR (an advantage)<br \/>\n\tAt least 2-3 years\u2019 experience in recruitment<br \/>\n\tFinancial market experience (an advantage)<br \/>\n\tExperience managing an e-recruitment platform (an advantage)<br \/>\n\tMS Office (Word) skills (essential<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( https:\/\/www.apexgroup.com\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Apex Group","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.apexgroup.com\/","_company_tagline":"Apex Group Ltd., established in Bermuda in 2003, is a global financial services provider.
