Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping relationships & providing solutions to the decision makers within the professional arena by promoting the company.
\n\tDevelop and maintain a comprehensive database of professionals and projects.
\n\tProviding assistance to the marketing \/sales department and assisting \/contributing to the development of specifications.
\n\tMaintaining and fostering relationships with existing professionals and to ensure an agreed number of new professionals on our database.
\n\tDeveloping relationships & providing solutions to all decision makers within the professional arena by selling the company, its services, its products and brands, and its expertise.
\n\tMarketing the endorsements & the development of specifications which favour Safal Group brands and products including specific products such as\u00a0Saflok,\u00a0Newlok,\u00a0Fluteline\u00a0and others.
\n\tManaging & controlling the progress of specifications & enquiries through to a successful sale.
\n\tContributing to the development of the specifications strategy and plans which contribute to the overall business objectives.
\n\tManaging and controlling all aspects of customer relationship management.
\n\tCommunicating and assistance in resolving customer complaints & professional queries.
\n\tDeveloping, gathering and sharing of market intelligence with all stakeholders on pre-arranged basis.
\n\tEffective use of SAP and compliance with required reporting \u2013 daily, weekly and monthly
\n\tAttendance at and participation in stock takes, attendance of conference and training sessions
\n\tDevelop and implement systems and processes to enable the effective monitoring of the performance of Safal Steel and group products and the identification of improvements in product quality.
\n\tAssist in the development of technical sales and marketing literature and associated documents to improve the marketing of the group and its products.
\n\tMaintain an awareness of technical developments in the industry to ensure that the business has up-to-date and relevant information.
\n\tMaking presentations to professionals.
\n\tArranging expos for the architectural and government sector.<\/p>\n

Qualifications required:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum academic qualification: A diploma-level qualification
\n\tQualifications as an added advantage: Building or Construction Related<\/p>\n
Experience required:<\/p>\n
\tGeneral work experience (years): 05 years.
\n\tSpecific to the position (level\/discipline\/years): 2 years in Steel, Roofing or building, Construction industry (advantageous).<\/p>\n
