We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stores Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our company’s inventory and storage facilities. The Stores Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, as well as maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in warehouse management.<\/p>\n
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:<\/p>\n
\tPrint sales order captured for picking
\n\tProcess stock transfers on Syspro after picking to applicable warehouses
\n\tUpdate sales orders with line quantities moved to \u201cshipped\u201d prior to invoicing
\n\tLoad stock jobs for spares
\n\tLoading and closing strip jobs
\n\tControlling of backorders
\n\tEnsured adjustments forms completed and walked through to ensure completion
\n\tMaintained effective and efficient filing system of supporting documents for all the functions listed above
\n\tProcess all internal stock transfers
\n\tInvoicing
\n\tIdentifying and reporting local and international stock outs
\n\tFiling
\n\tStock taking, including cycle counts, bi-counts, etc
\n\tStores documentation processing
\n\tAny reasonable instruction by management
\n\tAble to work overtime from time to time<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE\/ SKILLS\/ COMPETENCE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
\tAdmin Skills
\n\tExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
\n\tAttention to detail and problem solving skills
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tAdmin Certificate and or any administrative qualification
\n\tAt least 1 year experience in a Production environment
\n\tAt least 1 year experience in Warehousing
