The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tProving specialist process engineering service in managing the clinker and cement production processes to meet capital utilization, product availability and quality targets.
\n\tOptimising kiln and mills utilization capacity and availability.
\n\tContributing to production planning and the strategy to meet market and stockholding targets.
\n\tManaging employees to achieve high levels of competence, retention, performance management and team work.
\n\tEnsuring that work execution is done in accordance with company policy, procedures and work instructions.
\n\tMaintaining Safety, Health and Environmental standards.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience required:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tBEng or Bsc \u00a0Degree in Chemical Engineering
\n\tMinimum 3 years process and chemistry experience in cement or equivalent industry
\n\tRegistration as a Professional Engineer with Engineering Council of South Africa will be an advantage.
\n\tExpert understanding of operation maintenance, production strategies and MAC system.
\n\tPeople management experience.
\n\tCode B driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
