\n\tRelated tertiary qualification (Not required but advantageous)<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years experience in the STI environment
\n\tMinimum 5 years Liabilities and\/or Recoveries experience, specific to Motor Vehicle Accidents<\/p>\n
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to<\/p>\n
\tSound knowledge of Motor Vehicle Collisions and Apportionment of Damages Act
\n\tAnalytical thinking and strategic objective execution
\n\tSound knowledge of operations, systems and procedures pertaining to the Legal Department
\n\tRedefining processes and procedures to optimize efficiencies within the Legal Department
\n\tManaging Legal Liability and Recovery Ratios\u00a0
