\nKey Responsibilities
\nHSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)
\nTo effectively manage and minimise HSE risks within the area of responsibility by ensuring:<\/p>\n
\tFull compliance with all HSE policies, rules, guidelines and legal requirements
\n\tPromotion of a safe working environment, contributing positively to company HSE KPIs and risk\u2011reduction strategies
\n\tIdentification, maintenance and enforcement of HSE competency requirements within the area of responsibilit<\/p>\n
Strategy<\/p>\n
\tSupervise depot operations in line with relevant legislation and industry regulations
\n\tEnsure high customer service levels, contributing to the effective management and efficient functioning of the terminal
\n\tSupport operational excellence by aligning daily activities with strategic depot and terminal goals<\/p>\n
Marketing \/ Asset Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee and manage all plant operations, ensuring all depot\/gantry activities and product movements are executed safely, accurately and efficiently
\n\tMaintain effective stock control, ensuring:
\n\tStock gains\/losses remain within acceptable standards
\n\tDaily product reconciliation to support quality control
\n\tManage the loading and issuing of all productsto ensure:
\n\tThe correct product, at the correct time, in the correct quantity
\n\tCompliance with service levels and transport KPIs for improved customer satisfaction
\n\tPerform regular gantry and driver compliance inspections (Work Instructions, housekeeping, vehicle operating standards), reducing incidents and ensuring adherence to transport legislation
\n\tResolve customer queries promptly, contributing to an improved customer experience
\n\tAssist with on\u2011the\u2011job training for employees and interns, supporting rotation and skills development in line with programme objectives
\n\tPerform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Depot Manager
\n\tEnsure accurate and detailed shift handovers
\n\tInvestigate product losses, addressing variances caused by administrative errors or incorrect loading<\/p>\n
Candidate Profile
\nJob Requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric and a relevant 3\u2011year tertiary qualification (or equivalent)
\n\tMinimum 1 year experience in logistics administration and stock management, preferably within the petrochemical industry
\n\tDemonstrated strict commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standard<\/p>\n
