\tEnsures that overall sales and profitability goals for the store are met\u00a0
\n\tProviding training to all associates\u00a0
\n\tAssisting the store manager in the development of staff in compliance with adidas retail growth objectives\u00a0and support\u00a0the\u00a0store\u2019s succession\u00a0plan\u00a0
\n\tOverseeing the daily operation of the store and assuring compliance with adidas retail policy and procedure.\u00a0<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupports the store manager by implementing and maintaining a staff structure that minimizes payroll\u00a0expenses\u00a0and increases productivity,\u00a0(monthly planner)\u00a0using sales ratio performance balance.\u00a0
\n\tAssists the store manager by evaluates employees\u2019 performance on a\u00a0day-to-day\u00a0basis\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAssists\u00a0the\u00a0store manager\u00a0to spot\u00a0talents, potentials\u00a0and training needs\u00a0
\n\tManage\u00a0IR\u00a0matters, ensuring timely and consistent handling of employee concerns\u00a0and\u00a0compliance with policies\u00a0
\n\tPerform or assist in the completion of all documentation associated with applicants, new hires, payroll.\u00a0
\n\tEffectively utilize customer service, training, educational tools, and communication to develop staff in relation to adidas retail goals.\u00a0
\n\tMaintains personnel files to company standards.\u00a0
\n\tAssure adherence to all company systems and procedures.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain confidentiality of adidas retail operating information.\u00a0
\n\tAssure compliance with legal statutes and safety guidelines in overall management of store and associates.\u00a0
\n\tObtains the necessary skills, experience, and training from daily interaction with store management and outside training to develop necessary skills to assure promotability to next level.\u00a0
\n\tAssure adherence to adidas retail visual presentation guidelines.\u00a0
\n\tImplements the security procedures set forth by adidas head office including, but not limited to shrinkage control, and safety inspections.\u00a0
\n\tAs needed, assists in the development of merchandising, advertising and promotional programs to help meet the sales and marketing goals of the store.\u00a0
\n\tResolving\u00a0customer complaints.\u00a0
\n\tAssists in maintaining inventory levels by communicating with the store manager overages and shortages of product.\u00a0
\n\tAssists the store manager to implement and maintain management systems for planning, organization, and controlling and auditing store operations.\u00a0
\n\tOther duties may be assigned\u00a0<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE,\u00a0SKILLS\u00a0AND ABILITIES:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\u00a0\u00a0
