\tTo effectively manage and increase both the profitability and the product portfolio for the business. To effectively manage financial services products and key stakeholder relationships to ensure sustained product and portfolio growth. To ensure PEPmoney projects are successfully implemented within scope, time and cost parameters.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTo ensure that financial budgets are met for the Financial year
\n\tDevelop business cases to improve product portfolio
\n\tEngage with Risk and Compliance to ensure that all processes and products are compliant
\n\tNegotiate deals and manage relationships with suppliers and partners
\n\tEngage with PEPKOR legal on new and existing contracts
\n\tCollaborate with the Marketing department to build dynamic campaigns
\n\tOngoing project management within agreed timelines and through engagement with stakeholders
\n\tEnsure relationships are managed with all internal and external stakeholders
\n\tEnsure all administrative work is completed within expected timelines
\n\tNew products and services are negotiated and confirmed on an ongoing basis with partners
\n\tContinuous improvement \/ growth on portfolio<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tRelevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BCOM\/Marketing degree)
\n\t3- 5 years of related work experience (either insurance or credit\/sales or loans or bill payments; fintech products, tech products and banking)
\n\tClear understanding of how transactional banking products work and how to derive revenue from this
\n\tExperience in the payments environment will be an advantage
\n\tPreferable experience in a debit\/credit card product environment
\n\tUnderstanding of the National Payments Systems
\n\tAny experience within the financial services industry will be an advantage
\n\tStock forecasting\/Management (for tech products)
\n\tProduct management (financials\/business cases, projects, analysis)
\n\tComputer Literate (MS Office or G-Suite) \u2192 Intermediate Excel\/Google Sheets level
\n\tProject management will be an advantage
\n\tMultiple Partner Management
\n\tStakeholder management
\n\tRelationship \/partnership management skills
\n\tFinancial Reporting
\n\tDraft business cases
\n\tNumerical aptitude
\n\tAnalytical skills
