ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tTo implement and execute an effective planned preventative maintenance plan and system within customer facilities and ensure SLA delivery.<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tMaintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules in accordance to the SLA for all equipment and services
\n\tCreate Purchase Requisitions (PR) on correct expense codes and ensure accuracy against the quotation
\n\tEnsure that all orders are processed timeously
\n\tMonitor the execution of work and implement corrective measures on deviations
\n\tManage all incoming requests and complaints on daily basis, and provide timeous feedback in ensuring customer satisfaction
\n\tDispatch requests to technical staff and pertinent service providers and follow-up on action items
\n\tConduct monthly verification of WIP and report on variances
\n\tProvide weekly\/monthly reports on execution of PPMs, SLAs and incomplete work.
\n\tPlanning for placement of employees, contractors and efficient utilization of materials and tools
\n\tEnsure that tasks are conducted efficiently and optimum use of tools and equipment
\n\tBuilding good Internal and External customer relationships
\n\tUndertake other related duties and assignments as assigned from time to time<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\nThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tN3 – N6 in Engineering or Project Management or Operations Management
\n\tValid SA Drivers License
\n\t2yrs relevant experience in maintenance planning, project management and knowledge of financial management principles
\n\tSAP knowledge
\n\tMaintenance planning
\n\tproject management skills
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)
\n\tSAP Knowledge
\n\tKnowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems<\/p>\n
