Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo deliver clerical work in order to process parts administration transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\t1-2 years experience in a similar environment<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12).
\n\tAdvantageous:\u00a0Certificate, Diploma in administration.<\/p>\n

PROCESS<\/p>\n
\tAdminister and process parts receiving and dispatching information and attend to other related tasks effectively and efficiently in alignment with performance objectives\u00a0
\n\tComplete all applicable documentation before parts are dispatch to clients.
\n\tControl all incoming orders to ensure parts are received and loaded onto the system ready for delivery.
\n\tDeliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
\n\tExecute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
\n\tIdentify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
\n\tMonitor and control access to goods to ensure safe storage and prevention of theft.
\n\tRecord and report on work activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability.<\/p>\n
