\n\tiqbusiness is looking for a Data Professional (Data + AI) to join our growing Solutions and Insights team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across modern data platforms, analytics, and applied AI \u2014 and who thrives in a consulting environment where impact, learning, and delivery matter.
\n\tYou\u2019ll work with clients across industries to design, build, and deliver end\u2011to\u2011end data and AI solutions, helping organisations make better decisions, modernise their platforms, and unlock value from their data.<\/p>\n
Core Responsibilities<\/p>\n
As a Data Professional, you\u2019ll contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, depending on the engagement:<\/p>\n
\tEngage with business and technical stakeholders to understand problems, define requirements, and shape data and AI solutions
\n\tDesign and deliver trusted data foundations, including data models, pipelines, and governed data assets
\n\tBuild scalable data solutions for batch and real\u2011time use cases on modern cloud platforms
\n\tAnalyse data to uncover insights and support data\u2011driven decision\u2011making
\n\tWhere relevant, design, build, and operationalise machine learning and Generative AI solutions
\n\tApply strong engineering and quality practices (testing, CI\/CD, documentation, governance)
\n\tWork as a trusted consultant, taking ownership of outcomes and contributing to solution shaping and client success<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
We don\u2019t expect everyone to be deep in every area \u2014 but you should have solid experience in data delivery, with strengths in several of the following:<\/p>\n
Data & Analytics<\/p>\n
\tStrong SQL and data transformation skills
\n\tData warehousing concepts and data modelling (relational and\/or dimensional)
\n\tExperience producing data specifications, mappings, and documentation
\n\tBI and reporting exposure (e.g. Power BI or similar)<\/p>\n
Data Engineering & Cloud<\/p>\n
\tBuilding data pipelines and platforms in cloud environments (Azure and\/or AWS)
\n\tExperience with modern data tooling (data lakes, orchestration, analytics engines)
\n\tExposure to DevOps and CI\/CD practices for data solutions<\/p>\n
AI & Advanced Analytics (advantageous)<\/p>\n
\tApplied analytics or statistical modelling experience
\n\tHands\u2011on experience with machine learning or Generative AI solutions
\n\tExposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, or AI integration into business systems
\n\tUnderstanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring<\/p>\n

Qualifications & experience<\/p>\n
\tRelevant degree or diploma (IT, Computer Science, Data, AI, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar)
\n\t4+ years\u2019 experience delivering data solutions in professional or consulting environments
\n\tCloud, data, or AI certifications
\n\tWillingness to travel and work on client sites when required<\/p>\n
