Purpose of position:<\/p>\n
\tAssisting the sales and client services teams with all required administrative duties.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPerforming various administrative duties including, but not limited to, filing, scanning, printing, etc., as and when required
\n\tDrafting of documents and\/or addendums to existing documents
\n\tEnsuring that all required purchases are made for sales drives, special events, meetings, and ad hoc events
\n\tAssisting with arrangements for sales and client services floor events, quarterly awards and sales drives
\n\tAssisting the operations team during recruitment drives and onboarding
\n\tUpdating compliance information and sheets for new staff
\n\tKeeping record of voucher sheets and updating the Wall of Recognition
\n\tMonitoring staff attendance<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (essential)
\n\tBCom degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Law or a related field (required)
\n\tA minimum of 1 years\u2019 administrative experience
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tOwn reliable vehicle with a valid driver\u2019s license (essential)
\n\tWillingness to travel<\/p>\n
