Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tFleet Sales & Growth:\u00a0Develop and implement strategies to maximize fleet sales volume and profitability.
\n\tKey Account Management:\u00a0Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
\n\tDealer & Aftersales Coordination:\u00a0Collaborate with the dealer network to deliver seamless aftersales support and high service standards.
\n\tStrategic Relationship Development:\u00a0Build and expand partnerships with rental, corporate, and government clients.
\n\tCross-Department Collaboration:\u00a0Work closely with sales, aftersales, and operations teams to align strategies and drive efficiency.
\n\tMarket Analysis & Competitor Insights:\u00a0Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to refine business strategies.
\n\tRevenue Optimization & Pricing Strategy:\u00a0Develop pricing models that support company objectives while remaining competitive.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).
\n\tProven experience in fleet sales and key account management, including aftersales coordination.
\n\tStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with dealer operations and aftersales teams.
\n\tExcellent negotiation, business development, and relationship-building capabilities.
\n\tExperience managing government procurement and rental fleet contracts (preferred).
\n\tKnowledge of automotive pricing strategies, service agreements, and contract management.<\/p>\n
