Education & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree\/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\tSome exposure to HR processes through coursework, projects, or prior internships is a plus.<\/p>\n

Performance Management:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in maintaining performance records and tracking appraisal schedules.
\n\tSupport HR team with organizing performance review meetings and documentation.<\/p>\n
Training & Development:<\/p>\n
\tHelp coordinate onboarding sessions and training programs.
\n\tMaintain training records and track participation.<\/p>\n
Employee Relations:<\/p>\n
\tSupport HR in addressing basic employee queries and documenting concerns.
\n\tObserve and learn conflict resolution and grievance processes under supervision.<\/p>\n
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:<\/p>\n
\tAssist with posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
\n\tSupport onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation.<\/p>\n
Employee Engagement:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in organizing engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
\n\tCollect feedback from employees and help with surveys or engagement activities.<\/p>\n
Technical & Administrative Skills:<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
\n\tAbility to maintain accurate records and assist with reporting.
\n\tQuick learner with attention to detail.<\/p>\n
