Description<\/p>\n
\tResolve all training-related queries as the first point of contact and refer any queries that cannot be resolved to the relevant person\/department;
\n\tMonitor training stock and stationary levels, and report to the relevant team member when orders are required;
\n\tAssist with the ordering and coordination of training manuals\/printing material and stationery;
\n\tAssist with the compilation of trainee folders\/ packs and printing of training documentation;
\n\tUpdate training records for all trainees in line with regulatory requirements;
\n\tFile training records for ease of reference;
\n\tMaintain the filing system and ensure that it is user-friendly;
\n\tProcess and prepare correspondence, or other documents as and when requested;
\n\tCollect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, and deliveries;
\n\tCompile and distribute minutes and reports when required;
\n\tBook venues and meeting rooms upon request;
\n\tSubmit expense and travel claims on behalf of team members.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
\n\t1-2 years administration experience (Essential);
\n\tExperience in the aviation industry (Desirable);
\n\tSound knowledge of MS Excel, MS word and MS Outlook (Essential);
\n\tKnowledge and understanding of Aviation training legislation (Advantageous);
\n\tAdministrative skills (Essential);
\n\tAttention to detail (Essential);
\n\tOrganisational skills;
\n\tAbility to multi-task and prioritise in a highly deadline-driven environment;
\n\tStrong communication skills (verbal and written).\u00a0<\/p>\n
