Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCollecting\u00a0outstanding AR invoices\u00a0
\n\tPrepare and\u00a0maintain\u00a0an accurate\u00a0AR aging report\/ledger\u00a0with notes on status of payments\u00a0
\n\tResponding to customer inquiries related to invoicing \/ finance \/\u00a0AR and\u00a0close tickets in\u00a0timely\u00a0manner\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with\u00a0the billing team\u00a0and\u00a0finance\u00a0teams\u00a0as\u00a0required\u00a0
\n\tReconciling outstanding issues on customer accounts\u00a0
\n\tQuarterly review of Bad debt risk and escalation to account management teams\u00a0
\n\tQuarterly meeting with\u00a0regional\u00a0controllers\u00a0for support on escalations and query resolution\u00a0
\n\tTrack and ensure completion of critical requests\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate as needed with other leads to ensure all queries \/ escalations are closed off\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tProvide\u00a0accurate\u00a0feedback to requestors; communicate the root causes,\u00a0trends,\u00a0and solutions\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tMonitoring and management of tasks & targets to ensure SLAs & KPIs are met\/exceeded\u00a0
\n\tIdentify, support & drive process improvement initiatives (to work methods, processes & systems)\u00a0
