Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring adherence with cashflow and programme.
\n\tDrafting and reviewing of cashflow and programme.
\n\tMeeting deadlines.
\n\tKeeping the server up to date at all times.
\n\tEnsuring that all documentation is filed correctly.
\n\tManaging procurement of Contractors and PSP.
\n\tManaging consultant\u2019s appointments and performance.
\n\tManaging contractor\u2019s appointments and performance.
\n\tComplying with all processes and protocols.
\n\tManagement of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
\n\tChecking, reviewing and endorsing Contractor\u2019s payment certificates and invoices.
\n\tChecking, reviewing and endorsing PSP fee claims and invoices.
\n\tReview of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters.
\n\tChecking, reviewing and endorsing all financial aspects of Contract Instructions \/ Compensation Events \/ Extension of Time on the portfolio.
\n\tMaking sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.
\n\tPerform additional administrative tasks as required under the supervision of a Programme Manager.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Quantity Surveying.
\n\tProfessional Registration with SACQSP.
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 post SACQSP-registration experience.
\n\tExperience in professional consulting QS firms.
\n\tExperience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration and financial administration.
\n\tExperience in Project\/Programme Management is advantageous.
\n\tKnowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, and consultant appointments.<\/p>\n
