In addition, also responsible for creating an enabling environment to drive a high performing entrepreneurial culture and employee engagement across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Who you are<\/p>\n<p>Key accountabilities and decision ownership :\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>HR Strategic Partnering\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for executing on the MAST people strategy.<br \/>\n\tTogether with Executive develop key portfolio strategies and frameworks (L&amp;D,Talent etc)<br \/>\n\tWork closely with senior leaders to drive and deliver their people plan that supports the business growth.<br \/>\n\tPartner with business to ensure the optimum org design is in place to deliver a fit for future business.<br \/>\n\tDrive organizational performance aligned to MAST\u2019s PM framework and competencies.<\/p>\n<p>Organisation Effectiveness &amp; Change\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport and deliver functional change programmes and organisational effectiveness or OD activities in the business areas.<br \/>\n\tInterface with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with cross-functional change activity.<br \/>\n\tDeliver against FTE, contractor &amp; employment Opex targets in business areas and support business in managing the payroll budget and headcount.<br \/>\n\tAct as tactical sparring partner, engaging on the effectiveness of processes, systems, data and people.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDrive the MAST People plan within each BU, ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against agreed plans.<br \/>\n\tPropose, develop and deliver key functional change programmes.<\/p>\n<p>Cultural Change\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tAct as a catalyst for change by helping the organization as they transform.<br \/>\n\tSeen as a trusted and respected change agent who can influence, persuade &amp; support the business.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tChallenge &amp; improve people policies\/processes\/practices to ensure alignment with the MAST People plan &amp; new ways of working.<br \/>\n\tChallenge &amp; support leaders in business areas to align behaviours\/attitude to new culture framework.<\/p>\n<p>People Planning\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tInput to functional people plan that is fully aligned to the MAST strategy &amp; operating model.<br \/>\n\tDrive delivery of functional initiatives\/projects to support the MAST strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Management and Reward\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tContinuously drive performance dialogue awareness in partnership with business<br \/>\n\tWork in partnership with senior leaders on future fit resourcing plan<\/p>\n<p>Support senior leaders on the Talent Management scope:<\/p>\n<p>\tTalent Acquisition<br \/>\n\tTalent Development<\/p>\n<p>Talent Retention and Engagement\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tExecute on the organization\u2019s Reward framework and principals.<\/p>\n<p>Organisational Capability \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tInput in MAST functional and leadership development framework\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWork with senior leaders to build critical functional &amp; leadership capabilities to enable the business areas to deliver against their plans.<br \/>\n\tEnsure development of future capabilities for PAN African capabilities\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage MAST L&amp;D budget.<br \/>\n\tCore competencies, knowledge, and experience :<\/p>\n<p>Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>\tExecution Excellence<\/p>\n<p>Planning, Execution, &amp; Quality Results<\/p>\n<p>Team Mastery:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCommunication, Teamwork &amp; Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>Business Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tFunctional Expertise &amp; Business Acumen<\/p>\n<p>Must have technical \/ professional qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric \/ Grade 12 essential\u00a0<br \/>\n\t3year degree\/diploma (e.g., Industrial Psychology, BCOM\/BA \u2013 Honour in HRM, Business Management, etc.) is essential\u00a0<br \/>\n\tA post-graduate qualification is required.\u00a0<br \/>\n\t8 + years&#8217; applicable experience as a Human Resources professional across all areas of the HR spectrum, as well as proven experience is essential\u00a0<br \/>\n\tLeadership experience is desirable<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.vodafone.com ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Vodafone Global Enterprise","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.vodafone.com","_company_tagline":"Vodafone Global Enterprise is part of the Vodafone Group, dedicated to simplifying the management of global communications for the world's largest multi-national companies.
