\tWe are looking for an experienced Store Assistant to join our team. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tValid Drivers license
\n\t1 year experience in related field
\n\tQualification in the relative field would be an added advantage
\n\tBasic computer skills – MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point & Outlook)
\n\tExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
\n\tExcellent record keeping skills<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tWorking according to strict schedules, deadlines and procedures
\n\tMonitor inventory and keeping good record of new materials\/supplies\/parts especially when issuing is done
\n\tKeeping good record and communicating with department manager to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
\n\tEnsure that all duties carried out are of high quality
\n\tPrompt issuing and ordering of stock, especially if it can affect production
\n\tEnsure that all bio-security standards and procedures are strictly adhered to
\n\tCandidate should be willing to work flexible hours and weekends when needed
\n\tCompile weekly and monthly reports for Admin Manager
\n\tStore to be kept in good, clean condition
\n\tConduct weekly stock takes and auditing of stock on hand
\n\tReceiving of deliveries and completing paperwork
\n\tAdministrative duties such as filling copies of invoices etc.
\n\tQuality control (petrol, diesel, vaccines & chemical store)
\n\tKeeping PPE registers up to date and in place
\n\tCandidate should have excellent driving abilities as they would need to pick up\/deliver items from town and site when needed<\/p>\n
