Position Overview:<\/p>\n
\tAs a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and brand execution across your allocated retail partners within the Johannesburg region.
\n\tYou will act as the face of our brand in-store, ensuring strong relationships with retail partners, optimal stock management, and best-in-class merchandising and training execution.
\n\tThis role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working independently, and is passionate about delivering results.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDrive regional sales targets by ensuring strong in-store execution, promotional support, and consistent engagement with retail partners.
\n\tAct as the primary point of contact for retail partners within your region, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive and productive partnership.
\n\tMonitor stock levels, identify gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adequate availability and replenishment to maximise sales opportunities.
\n\tFacilitate product training sessions for in-store staff, ensuring teams are knowledgeable, confident, and equipped to sell our products effectively.
\n\tEnsure execution of all marketing initiatives and planograms within retail outlets. Maintain premium visual merchandising standards aligned to brand guidelines.
\n\tTrack store performance, analyse sales data, and provide regular feedback and reporting to management on trends, risks, and opportunities.
\n\tIdentify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance regional performance and partner satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certificate (Compulsory)
\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in sales, channel management, or retail operations
\n\tProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
\n\tStrong communication and presentation skills (must be comfortable facilitating training sessions)
\n\tExcellent organisational and time management skills
\n\tStrong analytical ability and attention to detail
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage a regional territory
\n\tKnowledge of consumer technology industry preferred
\n\tMust have a valid driver\u2019s license and own reliable vehicle<\/p>\n
