\tStudent Systems Management and Innovation.
\n\tAcademic Administration & Records Management.
\n\tProcess Optimization.
\n\tStakeholder Engagement & Client Support.
\n\tCompliance & Policy Implementation.
\n\tPerform any other duties as delegated by the Line Manager.
\n\tExtensive knowledge of ITS student system.
\n\tUnderstanding of SAQA processes.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tM+4\u00a0(Honours) in Information Systems, ICT, Administration, Data Science OR a related field.
\n\tMinimum 7 years of experience in student systems management, Specialist in higher education administration, or a related role in higher education.
\n\tExperience in data analytics, process optimization, and knowledge of system integrations.
\n\tAt least 5 years\u2019 experience of academic administration in Higher Education, of which 3 years must be in an admissions and registration environment.
\n\tAdvanced Knowledge of the student ITS system, HEDA, JASPER.
\n\tExperience in process mapping.<\/p>\n
