Key Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Direct sales:<\/p>\n
\tEngage in targeted number of consultations with prospective prospects
\n\tEngage in email and SMS campaigns
\n\tMaintain and update all company CRM systems and records
\n\tWork towards achieving the weekly, monthly, and annual enrolment targets
\n\tEngage in targeted number of follow-ups
\n\tEngage in the generation of 2nd income revenue.
\n\tCooperate and assist in organizing Campus open days and application days
\n\tAssist with on campus events
\n\tMeet CL sales targets
\n\tMeet required number of call\/emails to student
\n\tComplete daily activities
\n\tBe a team player<\/p>\n
Administration:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain records of all sales activity
\n\tMaintain all CRM systems so they are current and updated
\n\tBuild student documents and curate for clarity.
\n\tUpload all documents correctly.
\n\tFulfil all reasonably expected administrative functions relating to the position and as requested by the relevant\u00a0line manager.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements | Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tThe incumbent must have previous experience within a similar role. Drive and self-motivation are critical in this role. Personal presentation and public speaking ability are a plus.
\n\tThis position requires an individual who has the ability to pay close attention to detail and have the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure. Should also have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
\n\tEnthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change.
\n\tAbility to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner.
\n\tCommitted to producing quality work.
\n\tExperience and competency in word processing and spreadsheets.
\n\tExperience in the use of Student Information Management System (SIMS) or equivalent.
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours when required<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tAny tertiary qualification in the field
\n\tPR, Sales, and Marketing are advantageous.<\/p>\n
