\tBTT Durban is seeking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The incumbent in this position will provide efficient front office and administrative support function to the BTT Durban regional office.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\t2 years front office \/ administrative experience<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAnswer and redirect all incoming calls promptly in a friendly, polite and professional manner
\n\tEnsure that the reception area is always kept neat and tidy
\n\tWelcome all guests upon arrival and contact their respective hosts
\n\tCo-ordinate scheduled deliveries of the messengers\/courier providers as required
\n\tUpdate internal telephone directories and short codes as and when necessary
\n\tAssist with any other administrative or support function as required by the Regional Management team
\n\tRelay messages to the respective employees if they are not available
\n\tCoordinate the courier services for all documents to be couriered
\n\tAlways maintain internal and external customer relations
\n\tAlways Promote a positive image of the company
\n\tApply efficient time management in the workplace<\/p>\n
