Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo ensure stock is delivered to Customers according to the planned delivery schedule, while ensuring superior levels of customer service, aligned to TBC standards and business ethics within the bounds OF the law.<\/p>\n
Key Accountabilities and Outputs<\/p>\n
\tManage and control the delivery process from end-to-end
\n\tPrepare for next day\u2019s deliveries
\n\tAdhere to the start-up procedure
\n\tCarry out the delivery of stock as effectively and efficiently as safely possible
\n\tReturn to the depot within specified timeframe
\n\tAll documentation to be signed, consolidated and returned in full Demonstrate Superior Customer Service Levels
\n\tDemonstrate high levels of Customer Service during deliveries
\n\tLive The Beverage Company\u2019s values by being Respectful and Courteous to Customers and Consumers
\n\tEnsure that Customer are kept informed about the what they are receiving and the progress being made in off loading
\n\tEnsure that constant contact is possible with the Distribution Controller \/ Expeditor so that feedback can be given on execution, and delays if any Safety, Health and Environment
\n\tEnsure a safe, healthy and risk-free working environment
\n\tComply with safety and health policies and procedures, and applicable legislation
\n\tAll Safety, Health and Environment rules to be complied with Vehicles are to be clean and presentable Adherence to Food Safety Requirements
\n\tCommitment to The Beverage Company\u2019s Food Safety policy and its objectives
\n\tAbility to understand and implement all food safety requirements
\n\tAdherence to and the enforcement of Food Safety Policies, SOPs and PRPs
\n\tCompliance with PPE requirements including jewellery policy
\n\tCompliance with personal hygiene requirements in accordance with the organisations code of practice
\n\tActive engagement in all training including competency testing
\n\tRegular practice of hand washing and sanitising
\n\tPrevention of cross-contamination of products \u2013 no allergens allowed in the manufacturing facility<\/p>\n
