\nThe Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) invites applications from students who are studying towards qualifications that require practical workplace experience to complete their academic programmes. The structured Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme provides students with the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a professional environment, gain exposure to market conduct regulation and supervision, and understand the FSCA\u2019s role in promoting the integrity and stability of South Africa\u2019s financial markets. This programme also supports the FSCA in fulfilling its mandate to:<\/p>\n
\ttransform the integrity of financial markets;
\n\tprotect financial customers by promoting fair treatment by financial institutions; and\u00a0
\n\tprovide financial customers with financial education and maintaining financial stability.<\/p>\n
Roll out plan of the programme<\/p>\n
\tRecommended candidates will be given an opportunity to learn under the supervision of a dedicated mentor. Students are assigned to a division, based on their qualifications, and exposed to various competency-based training during the WIL programme.<\/p>\n
