Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo provide professional, courteous, and hygienic beverage and refreshment services to employees and visitors; maintain cleanliness and order in designated kitchen and break rooms.
\n\tThe role supports the operation of the office by maintaining kitchen facilities and break rooms, setting up and clearing meeting rooms, and monitoring stock levels.<\/p>\n
Key Resposibilities<\/p>\n
\tProvide friendly, courteous, professional and efficient service to staff and visitors.
\n\tMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and break rooms throughout the day
\n\tWash, dry, and correctly store dishes, cups, and utensils.
\n\tPrepare and serve refreshments (e.g. coffee and tea) to staff and visitors.
\n\tSet up and clear meeting rooms before, during and after meetings, workshops, etc.
\n\tCollect used cups and utensils from offices during the day.
\n\tDispose of waste responsibly and adhere to sanitation standards.
\n\tAssist with light catering duties when required.
\n\tReport equipment malfunctions or shortages to Supervisor promptly.
\n\tAdhere to all ERWAT policies and procedures.
\n\tAssist with the cleaning of any other areas within the office building.
\n\tReport stock levels and advise the Supervisor timeously when replenishment is required to maintain sufficient stock.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum: Grade 10 or equivalent).
\n\tPrevious experience in a similar role .
\n\tKnowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedures.
\n\tAbility to read and write English
\n\tAbility to stand for long periods
\n\tAbility to perform light manual tasks<\/p>\n
