Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage and oversee\u00a0financial accounting functions\u00a0within the organisation.
\n\tPrepare\u00a0accurate financial reports and analysis\u00a0to support decision-making.
\n\tMaintain and improve\u00a0financial control systems and accounting procedures.
\n\tEnsure compliance with\u00a0accounting standards, financial regulations, and governance requirements.
\n\tMonitor and manage\u00a0internal financial controls.
\n\tAssist with\u00a0financial planning and budgeting processes.
\n\tSupervise and support the\u00a0financial team\u00a0where required.
\n\tEnsure accurate\u00a0monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.<\/p>\n

\tBCom Accounting\u00a0from a reputable tertiary institution.<\/p>\n

\tCompleted\u00a0articles
\n\tAdvantageous:\u00a03 years financial accounting experience within the agricultural sector<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
Option 2<\/p>\n
\tNo articles
\n\t5 \u2013 8 years financial accounting experience within the agricultural sector<\/p>\n
Knowledge & Experience<\/p>\n
\tFinancial principles, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
\n\tFinancial analysis, reporting and internal controls
\n\tFinancial control systems and accounting procedures
\n\tFinancial governance and compliance
\n\tMS Office
\n\tAccounting software (Pastel or similar)
\n\tManaging a financial team<\/p>\n
