About the role<\/p>\n
\tAs a\u00a0Stock & Admin Assistant, you will support the Admin \/ Operations Manager with back-of-house store administration, stock control, and asset management. This role plays a key part in reducing risk, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
\n\tYou will be responsible for supporting store controls and ensuring that all iStore policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCapture and process all stock movements accurately
\n\tReceive, transfer, and dispatch stock in line with procedures
\n\tAssist with stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
\n\tMaintain accurate asset registers and supporting documentation
\n\tIdentify and escalate stock variances and risks timeously
\n\tMaintain organised, audit-ready admin records
\n\tSupport compliance with retail controls and company policies
\n\tAssist with general back-of-house store administration<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
\tCompleted Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
\n\t2+ year\u00a0administrative experience in a retail environment\u00a0
\n\tExposure to stock control, inventory, or retail administration
\n\tBasic computer literacy and comfort working on systems<\/p>\n
What does this role do:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all the sales consultants get right products, manage stock level, stock take and receiving of stock, uphold hygiene and cleanliness, merchandising, cash up, assist sales consultant where needed.
\n\tThis role will assist with delivery to merchandising.<\/p>\n
You need to have:<\/p>\n
\tA Completed Matric\u00a0(Minimum requirement)
\n\tTertiary Qualification (Would be advantageous)
\n\t1+ years admin experience in a retail environment or 2+ years admin experience in a different industry<\/p>\n
