Key Functions & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
As the Material Control Manager, you will lead the planning, storage, and movement of materials to support high-volume manufacturing:<\/p>\n
\tInventory Management:\u00a0Maintain precise inventory records through cycle counts and audits; manage stock levels to eliminate shortages and minimize excess.
\n\tPlanning:\u00a0Align material availability with production schedules and forecast future requirements to meet operational goals.
\n\tSupply Chain & Procurement:\u00a0Oversee purchasing activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of raw materials.
\n\tLogistics & Compliance:\u00a0Direct shipping, receiving, and internal distribution while ensuring strict adherence to\u00a0ISO and safety standards.
\n\tProcess Optimization:\u00a0Analyze supply chain data to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve overall workflow efficiency.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEducation:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\tExperience:\u00a0Proven track record in materials management or supply chain leadership in a manufacturing environment.
\n\tTechnical Savvy:\u00a0High proficiency in ERP systems (Syspro.) and inventory management software.
\n\tAnalytical Mindset:\u00a0Strong forecasting, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tLeadership:\u00a0Experience managing subordinate supervisors and collaborating across departments (Engineering, Production, and Purchasing).<\/p>\n
