\tWe currently have a vacancy for the position of Internal Sales Supervisor based at our Head Office \u00a0in the West Rand.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Main Duties Will Include but Will Not Be Limited To:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Internal Sales Manager by overseeing\/managing the daily operational activities of all customer-facing support functions, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and effective team performance.
\n\tAssist Internal Sales Manager with management and guidance of employees with regards to
\n\tperformance, KPIS, staff management etc.
\n\tSupervise day-to-day customer service operations, including order and quotation processing, export coordination, case management, and front-desk\/showroom functions.
\n\tEnsure service standards are consistently maintained, turnaround times are achieved, and operational
\n\tissues are identified, addressed, and resolved promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and business continuity.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSupervise daily order processing, quotations, and customer queries.
\n\tSupervise internal sales team operationally
\n\tImplement strategies to improve customer service, satisfaction, reduction in queries\/concerns
\n\tMonitoring of case management queues and ensure timely resolution.
\n\tOversee the coordination between Internal Sales and External Sales.
\n\tEnsure reception\/front desk operations maintain professional standards
\n\tTrack and manage turnaround times and service levels.
\n\tEnsure internal processes and SOPs are adhered to
\n\tEscalate performance concerns to the Internal sales manager
\n\tEnsure export compliance requirements are met and provide relevant support to the team
\n\tMonitor order accuracy and reduce operational errors.
\n\tAssist with implementation of system improvements and usage by the team.
\n\tOversee and monitor demo bookings and scheduling.
\n\tEnsure showroom stock accuracy, readiness and cleanliness
\n\tMonitor trends in customer feedback and implementation of relevant action accordingly
\n\tEnsure communication with customers regarding delays or issues and relevant problem solving.
\n\tPrepare operational reports for the Internal Sales manager.
\n\tHighlight risks, delays, and performance gaps.
\n\tClose or request escalation of critical matters timeously.<\/p>\n
