This includes the day-to-day management of the distribution including supervision of staff.<br \/>\n\tThe Team Lead Customer Services (TL) serves as Postbank\u2019s in-store banking representative within partnered retailers.<br \/>\n\tThe TL provides frontline assisted support to Customer Service Clerk (CSC) who require help initiating or completing banking transactions for customers, bridging the gap between traditional in-branch experiences and digital\/self-service channels (ATM Solutions, Mobile App, and USSD).<br \/>\n\tThis role ensures every assisted transaction aligns with Postbank\u2019s governance, KYC\/AML, and operational standards, while maintaining a consistent customer experience across distributed banking channels.<br \/>\n\tCould be requested to move across sites within a 30km radius should we not be able to get all the listed sites above.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tDo pre-test on equipment allocated for functionality, ensure access to front end system, and report any issues to the Regional Operations Managers.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all distribution sites are operational i.e. all dignity services, marketing material, stationery, cards and equipment are available. Escalate issues to the Regional Operations Manager if required.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that staff follow the SOPs that have been documented.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that each site is appropriately staffed on a day-to-day basis. Re-allocate customer service clerks from 1 site to another if required.<br \/>\n\tAttend to all issues raised by staff based at the various distribution points. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the Regional Operations Managers<br \/>\n\tOversee the accurate completion of daily attendance registers by staff and ensure timeous submission of weekly attendance time sheets.<br \/>\n\tReport any system related issues to the Regional Operations Managers and\/or contact centre to assist in resolution.<br \/>\n\tSend daily reports, statistics as per SOP to Regional Operations Managers or as and when required.<br \/>\n\tPerform ad hoc allocation of Customer Service Clerks for system access and authorise on the system.<br \/>\n\tEnsure queues at the distribution sites are appropriately managed.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all customer complaints are attended to promptly.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all issues raised by other stakeholders (e.g. Retailers, Landlords, etc.) are dealt with promptly.<br \/>\n\tFrom time to time the Team leader may be required to issue cards to customers if clerks are absent.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric (Grade 12) \u2013 essential<br \/>\n\tNQF 5 or higher in Banking \/ Financial Services \/ Customer Management \u2013 preferred<br \/>\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 customer-facing or teller experience (Banking \/ Retail \/ Financial Services)<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with Postbank or similar financial platforms advantageous<br \/>\n\tExperience as a Customer Services Consultant\/Cashier or in any other Customer Service role will be an added advantage.<br \/>\n\tSupervisor\/ Team Lead experience will be an added advantage.<br \/>\n\tMs Office: Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<br \/>\n\tCode 8 Driver\u2019s License and Own Car Essentia<\/p>\n<p>Skills and attributes:<\/p>\n<p>\tListening skills; Understanding of Postbank products &amp; services.<\/p>\n<p>Ability to communicate in the most commonly used local language of the area;<\/p>\n<p>\tInterpersonal skills;<br \/>\n\tTime management;<br \/>\n\tStress management;<br \/>\n\tBasic financial skills;<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with Switch\/Core Banking concepts.<br \/>\n\tHonesty &amp; Integrity; Customer orientated.<br \/>\n\tBasic digital literacy (Mobile App \/ USSD \/ ATM processes).<br \/>\n\tExperience using customer service tablets, barcode printers, or POS systems.<br \/>\n\tMust be able to work under pressure.<br \/>\n\tFlexibility;<br \/>\n\tHigh attention to detail;<br \/>\n\tAccuracy and mental alertness;<br \/>\n\tAbility to work independently and in a team;<br \/>\n\tClean criminal record.<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Postbank (SOC) Ltd","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Postbank is a bank by South Africans for South Africans and like all the other renowned commercial banks in the South African market, Postbank is all about serving the South African citizens and creating lasting value.
