Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDriving of new business growth and retention for existing clients
\n\tFormation of strong relationships with existing intermediaries and clients
\n\tCreate plans and strategies to grow existing customer base and also look for new markets \/ opportunities.
\n\tProactively sourcing new business quotes by building a pipeline of opportunities
\n\tEnsuring the processing and delivery of tasks allocated to you<\/p>\n
Competencies<\/p>\n
\tNegotiation skills: Negotiating terms, conditions and rates that will lead to securing of new business.
\n\tQuery resolution.
\n\tGood at problem solving.
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
\n\tAchieve new business targets.
\n\tAchieve retention targets.
\n\tEstablishment of new partnerships and joint ventures
\n\tWeekly activity reporting i.e. pipeline, anticipated deal
\n\tOngoing broker\/client visit planne<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t3 – 5 years\u2019 experience in Corporate Employee Benefits environment
\n\tQualification in Financial Planning or any related field
\n\tRE5
\n\tPreferable someone who is off supervision<\/p>\n
