We are looking for a\u00a0Payroll Supervisor\u00a0to join our team at the Support Centre in Kuils River. In this role, you will be the engine behind our payroll operations, ensuring that thousands of our dedicated team members are compensated accurately and on time.
\n\tAs a leader within our HR department, you will bridge the gap between technical payroll administration and high-level financial reporting. You will lead a team of administrators\/clerks to uphold our CRISP values while navigating the complexities of large-scale retail payroll across multiple regions.<\/p>\n
Knowledge Required:<\/p>\n
\tPayroll systems experience
\n\tKnowledge of full payroll function, including payroll capturing and reconciliation
\n\tExpert Knowledge of BCEA,PAYE, UIF, Skills Levy Act and ETI
\n\tWorking knowledge of integrated payroll
\n\tBasic knowledge of financial administration
\n\tA good understanding of Accounting principles
\n\tUnderstanding of tax and labour legislation
\n\tSAP Finance module
\n\tPayspace
\n\tReview financial postings- Understanding account structures and clearing of accounts
\n\tAssist with internal and external Audits
\n\tProvision for Leave calculations<\/p>\n

\tIntermediate to advanced Excel skills
\n\tStrong aptitude for working with figures and reconciling data
\n\tMeticulous attention to detail

\t5 years payroll experience, including strong reconciliation experience
\n\tAdministrating a large payroll

\t3 -5 years integrated payroll systems experience
\n\tExperience in tax legislation in other African countries
\n\tExperience in running a payroll in other African countries
