What does a Raizcorp Learning content developer do?<\/p>\n
\tIn this role you will be responsible for the development and quality of learning and training content covering a variety of topics, industries and applications.
\n\tThis includes in-person, virtual and digital programs.
\n\tYou will be required to plan the development of learning or training content and review the content.
\n\tYou will further also be responsible for the development of coaching tools for Raizcorp entrepreneurs. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Other responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
\tManage the inputs of external content developers.
\n\tContiniously improve the design of learning and training programs, based on the most recent and cutting edge developments and technology in the field of adult education.
\n\tCreate, train and manage AI Agents to develop learning and training content, which includes the assessment and quality control of learning development outputs.<\/p>\n
What experience is preferred?<\/p>\n
\tAt least 5 years\u2019 experience in instructional design.
\n\tMust preferably also have at least 300 hours of training and learning facilitation. \u00a0<\/p>\n
What type of personality will excel in this role?<\/p>\n
\tYou should be pro-active, action orientated and responsive, with a high sense of urgency.
\n\tThis also implies taking a high degree of ownership and accountability for the results of the instructional design team.\u00a0
\n\tYou must be able to manage critique and feedback effectively.
\n\tYou should be a lateral thinker and have sound critical thinking abilities.\u00a0
\n\tYou must have the ability to switch between global and detail thinking and between options and procedures thinking.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
What are the minimum requirements?<\/p>\n
\tA degree or equivalent
\n\tWindows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AI application essential
\n\tVery strong ability to proficiently speak, read and write in English, including the writing of reports.
\n\tA driver\u2019s licence and own vehicle.
\n\tAbility to travel nationally and internationally.
\n\tFlexibility to work after official business hours for events, conferences and customer engagements.
\n\tMust be able to pass the instructional design portfolio of evidence and case study assessments.<\/p>\n
