Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMarketing financing products and agricultural inputs, including seed, fertiliser, chemicals, and animal feed to producers in the geographical area.
\n\tExpanding and maintaining the client base within the region.
\n\tBuilding strong client relationships through regular visits and professional support services.
\n\tProviding agronomic advice and guidance to producers where required.
\n\tHandling credit applications and responding to related enquiries.
\n\tMonitoring crops and compiling crop reports.
\n\tManaging overdue accounts, reporting on outstanding balances, and supporting collection processes.
\n\tMaintaining and growing the financing portfolio within the marketing area.
\n\tMaintaining and managing strong internal relationships within the organisation.
\n\tPreparing cash-flow budgets and analysing or interpreting client financial statements.
\n\tAttending and participating in information days and agricultural events.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate.
\n\t2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in finance marketing and agricultural products.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and reliable own transport.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication.
\n\tStrong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
\n\tExperience in client service with strong marketing abilities.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tBasic understanding of the economic and social aspects of agriculture, including market trends, management practices, and policies impacting the industry.
\n\tA relevant BASOS qualification and\/or tertiary qualification will be advantageous.<\/p>\n
