You will shape the internal narrative around AI across the organisation.<\/p>\n
\tDesign and execute internal AI awareness campaigns, newsletters, and multimedia content.
\n\tDefine and evolve the organisation\u2019s AI narrative framework aligned to strategy and company values.
\n\tPartner with Communications, HR, and Leadership to ensure clear and consistent AI messaging.
\n\tDevelop initiatives that encourage responsible, confident AI use across teams.<\/p>\n

Training & Learning Enablement<\/p>\n
AI adoption only works when people understand how to use it confidently.<\/p>\n
\tDesign and curate role-based AI learning journeys and leadership resource hubs.
\n\tPartner with Learning & Development to embed AI foundations into induction programmes.
\n\tFacilitate AI workshops, capability-building sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
\n\tDevelop scalable training materials, playbooks, and self-service learning resources.
\n\tTrack learning effectiveness through engagement metrics and continuously improve programmes.<\/p>\n
Research & Insight Development<\/p>\n
AI culture must be built on real insight, not assumptions.<\/p>\n
\tConduct research into AI readiness, employee sentiment, and adoption barriers.
\n\tBenchmark industry best practices in AI literacy, adoption, and inclusion.
\n\tTranslate insights into practical recommendations for leadership.
\n\tPrepare internal presentations and reports that inform AI roadmap decisions.<\/p>\n
Change & Engagement Strategy<\/p>\n
AI adoption requires thoughtful change management.<\/p>\n
\tDesign change interventions that support AI tool adoption across teams.
\n\tIdentify adoption gaps and build targeted engagement strategies.
\n\tAct as a cultural bridge between technical AI teams and business units.
\n\tAlign AI initiatives with people strategy and operational priorities.<\/p>\n
AI Governance Alignment<\/p>\n
Responsible AI adoption is non-negotiable.<\/p>\n
\tWork with the Data Governance Analyst to ensure all AI communication and learning content aligns with governance policies and ethical guidelines.
\n\tPromote responsible AI awareness across all enablement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
A Degree or Honours qualification in one of the following areas would be advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tOrganisational Development
\n\tChange Management
\n\tStrategic \/ Corporate Communication
\n\tEquivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years experience in enablement, learning design, internal communications, change management, or innovation-focused roles.
\n\tExperience designing and facilitating training programmes or learning initiatives.
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tAbility to analyse engagement data and translate insights into practical action.
\n\tComfortable using digital learning tools, dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
\n\tAbility to work independently while aligning with strategic leadership direction.<\/p>\n
